Acceptable use policy
In effect since 3 October 2026
TrustyAccess is for companies reaching their own computers. These rules apply to every account, and the Terms of service make them binding.
Use it only on computers you have the right to reach
Your company's own computers, or computers whose owner has given your company permission, with the knowledge of the people who use them.
Never
- reach a computer without its owner's permission;
- talk anyone into installing TrustyAccess on a computer that isn't your company's;
- use it for fraud, or to take money, data or accounts from anyone;
- send harmful files or programs through a connection;
- get around a login, a switch or any other access control, or probe or scan our servers without our written permission;
- sell access to it, or share your account with another company, without our written agreement;
- attack our servers, or try to get around any limit in the product.
You're responsible for your people
Your company is responsible for everyone who uses its account, and for anyone it asks to use TrustyAccess.
Not a complete list
These are examples. Anything else that harms people, their computers or our service isn't allowed either.
What happens if these rules are broken
For a serious breach (fraud, reaching a computer without permission, an attack on our servers), we turn off the account at once and without a refund, keep its records, and report it to the authorities. For anything else, we tell you first and give you 14 days to correct it.
Report misuse
If someone used TrustyAccess to reach a computer without permission, tell us on the Report misuse page.
Changes to this policy
The date at the top says when it last changed. Before a change that matters, we email your company's managers.
