Questions
Is the price per person?
No. It's one price for your company, with the computers, people and connections of your plan included.
What counts as a computer?
Every computer or server you install TrustyAccess on.
What is data transfer?
When a firewall blocks the direct path between two computers, the connection goes through our servers, and that traffic counts toward your plan's monthly data transfer. Direct connections don't count. Once the month's data transfer is used up, connections that need our servers are refused until the next month, and direct ones go on as usual.
What happens when the trial ends?
Connections stop until you choose a plan. Everything you set up is kept for two years, and it all works again the moment you do.
Who sends the invoice?
Paddle.com, our reseller, takes the payment, sends the invoice and handles any sales tax in your country. Questions about a payment go to Paddle.com, from the link on your receipt.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. A full refund within 14 days of a payment, no questions asked.
