Remote access with control over every connection

Decide who reaches each computer and when, see every connection, and stop everything at once if you need to.

Who can connect

Each person reaches only the computers you give them, and only when you allow it.

  • Each person has their own login. No shared accounts, no shared passwords.
  • Give each person the computers they need, one at a time or in groups.
  • Office hours: set the days and hours each person can connect. Outside them, the connection is refused, and you can be told.
  • Limit any computer to certain days, hours and internet addresses too, such as your office's. The rules are checked every time someone connects.
  • People can ask for a computer they can't reach yet, and a manager approves or denies it from the notification. Off unless you turn it on.
  • Managers can always reach every computer in the company.

Connection logs and login history

Know who reached which computer, and when, without asking anyone.

  • Connections: who, which computer, when, for how long, how it ended, and from which internet address, with its country.
  • File transfers: every file sent to or taken from a computer, by name and size. Files copied and pasted between the two computers aren't listed; turn off copy and paste where every file must be.
  • Logins: every login on the web and in the app, and where it came from.
  • Changes: every change a manager makes, written as a plain sentence.
  • Failed tries: wrong passwords and blocked addresses your computers report.
  • Each person sees their own connections and logins. Managers see the whole company.
  • No one can edit the record, not even us. Keep it up to a year, depending on your plan, and export it as a spreadsheet.

Stop access at once

If something looks wrong, stop it in one click.

  • A master switch stops all access to your company at once.
  • Cut off a live connection in one click.
  • Turn off one person or one computer without touching anything else.

Passwords no one types

Nothing to share, nothing to leak, and nothing to change when someone leaves.

  • Each computer gets its own strong password when TrustyAccess is installed.
  • It's locked away where only your company's logins can open it. Your people click to connect and never see it.
  • Passwords change on a schedule, without anyone touching a computer.
  • For your most sensitive computers, ask for a second password that the person connecting must type.

Two factor authentication (2FA)

A stolen password alone isn't enough to get in.

  • A code from an app on your phone as well as the password, for each person or required for everyone in your company.
  • A login locks after too many wrong passwords.
  • Each person gets an email when they log in from a new browser or computer. If it wasn't them, one click changes the password, logs them out everywhere and tells the managers.
  • Managers hear about anyone's first login from a new country.
  • See every browser and computer a person is logged in on, and log any of them out.

Your computers

Set the rules for every computer from one page.

  • Turn any computer on or off with one switch.
  • Have new computers start switched off until a manager turns them on.
  • Ask the person at the computer to accept each connection, or connect to your own computers when no one is there. Your choice, for all computers or one at a time.
  • A computer's rules change only from your account, never from the computer itself, so no one connected to it can change them.
  • If a computer pretends to be one of yours, it's turned away and you're told.

Permissions: what a connection can do

Each connection can do only what the work needs.

  • On: keyboard and mouse, copy and paste, file transfer and restart.
  • Off until you turn them on: camera, sound, printer, running commands, and recording by the person connecting.
  • Set it once for the company, or differently for one computer.

Notifications

Choose what you hear about, and how.

By email, on your phone or in the app: new computers, connections, file transfers, logins from a new country, a manager added or removed, a manager deleting or exporting a lot in a short time, connections cut off or refused, access requests, a computer not seen for a week, and your plan's limits.

Our access

We can't get in unless you let us.

  • We can't open your company or reach its computers unless you allow it.
  • Turning our access on or off is written in your own log.

Where it runs

  • Every connection is encrypted end to end, between the two computers.
  • Reach Windows and Linux computers and servers.
  • Connect from Windows or Linux.
  • Hosted on our servers in Germany.
  • Nothing to set up on your router, and usually nothing on your firewall.
