Report misuse of TrustyAccess

TrustyAccess is for companies reaching their own computers. If someone used it to reach a computer without permission, tell us. We act on every report.

How to spot it

  • Someone you don't know calls, writes or shows you a message, and asks you to install a program so they can reach your computer.
  • They say they're from a company you know, your bank or a government office.
  • They ask for passwords, codes or card details.
  • They push you to do it right now.

We never ask for access to your computer

No one at TrustyAccess will ever contact you to ask for access to your computer, to install a program, or for a password or code.

If a stranger asked you to install TrustyAccess

Don't. If you already did:

  1. Disconnect the computer from the internet.
  2. Uninstall TrustyAccess from the computer's list of apps.
  3. If you gave out bank or card details, contact your bank right away.
  4. Report it to the police where you live.
  5. Tell us below.

What we do

We look into every report. If it checks out, we block the account at once, keep its records, and hand them to the police when the law requires it.
