A device shows offline

The controller shows the device as Offline, and Devices shows when it was last seen. It's off, asleep or without internet.
Check the device
- Make sure it's on and awake.
- Make sure it has internet.
- If it still shows Offline, restart it.
It comes back automatically. There's nothing to do in the app.
If it says Uninstalled
TrustyAccess was removed from it. Add it again.
