Connect at the sign in screen

Reach a device that's on but that no one is logged in to, at its Windows sign in screen.
- Connect to the device as usual.
- If Windows asks for Ctrl+Alt+Del, select Display, then Send Ctrl+Alt+Del.
- Sign in to Windows with an account on that device.
If the device asks the person there to accept each connection, no one is there to do it, so it's refused. A manager turns that off in Ask the person at the device first.
