Add a device

Install TrustyAccess on a Windows PC or server with your company's setup code. You need to be a manager, and an administrator on the PC.
Add the device
- In TrustyAccess on the web, open Devices and select Add device. Copy the setup code.
- On the PC, open the download page for TrustyAccess Endpoint, select Download for Windows and open the file.
- Enter the setup code and select Continue.
- Check the name under Name this device and select Install. Windows may ask for permission.
- Select Close. The device appears on your Devices page.
If it doesn't appear
- Turn on Accept new devices in Settings.
- Your plan may be full: remove a device you no longer use, or move to a bigger plan.
