Turn on two factor

For your login

1. Open Account.
2. Under Two factor, select Set up two factor.
3. In your authenticator app, add an account and scan the QR code.
4. Enter the code from the app, then select Turn on two factor.
5. Save your recovery codes, then select Done.

For everyone in your company

You need to be a manager. In Settings, under Two factor, turn on Require two factor for everyone, then select Require two factor. Each person sets it up the next time they log in on the web.

If a phone is lost

Log in on the web with a recovery code instead of the app's code. Or a manager opens Users, selects the person and selects Reset two factor, and they set it up again.
